Grand Hyatt Seoul will be presenting an exclusive Wine Maker's Dinner on March 6, 2007 with Eric Wente of Wente Vineyards for just one night only.
Grand Hyatt's chefs will be preparing an exclusive, six course gourmet dinner for this special evening, showcasing six different Wente wines, which have been carefully selected and transported directly from Wente Vineyards to complement the evening's dinner menu presentations.
Wente Vineyards, founded by the Wente family in 1883, is California's oldest winery under continuous management, now in its fourth-generation of winegrowers.
During the evening, premium wines such as Brut Reserve Sparkling Wine, Murrieta's Well Meritage Red 2002 and more will be served with each exquisite course, including Fresh Trout Carpaccio, Australian Crayfish, Australian Beef Tenderlo! in with Seared Foie Gras, Warm Valrhona Chocolate Fondant, Halabon Sorbet and more.
